Machine Operator program offered

machine Operator ClassesRichland College has developed a Machine Operator program in response to a need voiced by the Dallas County Manufacturing Association through the Garland Chamber of Commerce.

A significant percentage of the workforce in the machining industry is approaching retirement age and the manufacturing community turned to Richland College to equip the next generation of workers. Read More

The mission of Richland College is teaching, learning, sustainable community building.

Richland College identifies and meets the educational needs, primarily of adults, in our principal geographic service area of northeast Dallas, Richardson, and Garland, Texas.

For more than 30 years, Richland College of the Dallas County Community College District has focused on teaching, learning and community building. In recognition of these efforts, the White House and the Dept. of Commerce named Richland a 2005 recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the only community college
to have received this award.
